Experience: 3-5 years’ experience with a custom software development company is a must.
Good to have: Experience of software sales in healthcare industry. Preference is for female candidate.

Skills:

  1. Experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a technical environment.
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at Mind IT Systems.
  2. The candidate who can visit Gurgaon or Noida regularly will be preferred.
  3. The BDE is responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building relationships through daily visits to prospective client’s offices.
  4. Do cold calling and LinkedIn reach out to get appointments for daily visit.
  5. The BDE will daily update the leads/prospects in the CRM as well as do any debrief meetings/calls as per process.
  6. Should be able to generate at least 1 qualified meeting per week for technical team.

  1. 4-6 years of experience in sales, with a focus on IT services (custom development and staff augmentation).

  3. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various IT staffing models.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

  8. Knowledge of CRM software and sales performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage small to medium scale projects (less than 1500 Hours efforts) within timeline.
  2. Plan, control and execute project requirements to ensure business objectives are met.
  3. Responsible for flawless execution of multiple projects (3-5) in parallel across geographies primarily leveraging agile/waterfall methodology.
  4. Define and communicate roles and responsibilities for project team members functional and technical.
  5. Develop project plans including detailed work breakdown structures and critical path. Work with customers and IT technical resources to develop project schedule, detailed cost breakdowns and report on progress and variance during project course.
  6. Establish project budget, track spend and communicate current and project burn rates.
  7. Develop communication strategies and lead communications with key stakeholders. Share weekly status updates to customers, business and IT stakeholders.
  8. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time with quality within scope and budget.
  9. Document and drive issues through resolution, escalations to customer, supplier and IT management as necessary.
  10. Responsible for applying business knowledge and best practices to ensure customer satisfaction.
  11. Continue to act as business liaison even after Go Live of automation with an intent to enhance and improve business relationships.
  12. Work with the Designers, Resource Managers, Developers and Support Admin resources as one team.
